Shirley Babcock has 14 years experience in the Information Technology industry including government, education institutes, corporate and private sectors, along with a Diploma in Business Administration – Computer Information Systems. She has setup student labs, wireless mobile mac lab, instructor, staff and management computers. Novell, NT, Mac OSX and Debian (Linux) Servers along with DOS, Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, OS9, OSX and Vista workstations. She has also setup Network printers, hardware upgrades and peripheral devices.

Rob Babcock has 11 years experience in the Information Technology Industry. He has a Diploma in Business Administration - Computer Information Systems along with A+ Certification. He has setup and troubleshooted hardware, software and operating systems including: DOS, Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP & Vista. He was a strong asset to a northern BC company employed as a computer technician.
